1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PdayEmails ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. PdayEmails is operated by Jethro Jones ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

PdayEmails is a subscription-based service that enables families to send regular emails to missionaries serving in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Subscribers sign up, compose and schedule emails, and PdayEmails delivers them to missionaries on their P-day (preparation day).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PdayEmails. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@pdayemails.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

PdayEmails offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PdayEmails to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates any law
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through PdayEmails. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit it for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not sell or share your email content with third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Email delivery depends on third-party infrastructure and missionary email systems, which are outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PdayEmails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
