  • Missionary's name and email address (for delivery)
  • Email content you compose and schedule
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
  • Usage data (features used, emails sent, delivery status)
  • Cookies necessary for session management and authentication

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Deliver emails to your missionary on schedule
  • Manage your account and subscription
  • Process payments via Stripe
  • Send transactional emails (delivery confirmations, receipts, account notices)
  • Improve and maintain the Service
  • Respond to your support requests

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your email content for advertising or AI training.

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Email content and delivery logs are retained for 12 months. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
