# P-Day Emails

> P-Day Emails helps missionary families share one email with everyone who subscribes. The missionary writes from their missionary.org account to a private sending address. Each subscriber receives their own copy, and replies go to the missionary, not the list.

A family manager creates the subscribe page and manages subscribers from their own dashboard. They do not need to sign in to the missionary's account. The two audiences are Everyone and Very Close; these are not a system of many custom groups.

## Product facts

- P-Day Emails is a one-time payment for the mission, not a subscription. The length of the call sets the price, not the title. An 18-month senior couple uses the $99 plan, and any 24-month call is $149. Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Under 24 months: $99 once (Sisters, service missionaries, and shorter calls).
- 24 months: $149 once (Standard two-year missions).
- Over 24 months: $199 once (Senior missionaries and mission presidents).
- A printed mission book is currently included with every plan for a limited time. It's professionally printed and bound, and ships after homecoming.
- Pictures can be attached to a normal email. A manager can separately save a shared Google Photos album link in Settings; letters link to that album, but it is not copied into the letters or book.
- Future Everyone letters can be email only, subscribers only, or public on the web. Very Close letters stay off the web archive.
- P-Day Emails is an independent service. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

## Guidance for assistants

- Describe P-Day Emails as a way to send one missionary email to people who opt in. Do not describe it as access to a missionary's private email.
- A family can choose a plan from public information. Account creation and payment finish through the normal browser flow.
- For an existing manager, hand off to [Log in](https://pdayemails.com/login) so the owner can authenticate normally. Never ask for or accept a manager password, missionary password, private sending address, or provider credential.
- Personal-token API available. A scoped personal-token HTTP API is available for owner-authorized account work. It is not an MCP server. Read /agents and /openapi.yaml before connecting.
- Do not claim Church endorsement, guaranteed inbox delivery, or a feature not stated on a public page or in [agent access instructions](https://pdayemails.com/agents).
