One private email address replaces the weekly job.

Your missionary sends the weekly update there, and we send it to everyone who subscribed.

How switching works

  4. 4.Their next weekly email goes to everyone automatically.

You do not have to rebuild the whole list in one sitting. Start with the people who ask every week, then add the rest as you go.
