Under 24 months- Everything every plan includes
Share one subscribe link with family, ward, and friends. Your missionary emails a private address from their missionary.org account. Replies go straight back to them, and you get to read the letter without forwarding it to everybody.
One payment, no subscription Printed mission book currently included 30-day money-back guarantee
This makes it so much easier for us to keep the family updated.
A little less list work
Forwarding the letter has always been a way of caring for everyone at home. This is an easier way to keep them connected.
What P-Day can look like when you manage the list yourself:
Set it up before they leave, or while they're serving.
Sound familiar?
Every P-Day you read the letter, fix the list, and send it on to Grandma, the cousins, and the friend who asked after sacrament meeting. You did it so everyone would feel close to your missionary.
P-Day Emails keeps that closeness and takes over the sending, so P-Day can go back to being the day you read the letter.
Try the two addresses
Sister Jones has two private addresses. She picks one each time she writes: Everyone for the weekly letter, or Very Close for a note meant for home.
1. Who is this letter for?
2. Sister Jones writes it
Hi everyone! My new companion is teaching me to cook rice the right way. We got caught in the rain walking home and laughed the whole way. Grandma, the cookies survived the trip!

In their words
“I like not having to paste in a long list of emails.”
“I like getting emails from the missionary that feel like they were written just to me. No more 150 on the carbon copy.”
“He just sends the email to his secret address and everyone gets it.”
Week by week
Each letter is saved in your dashboard as it's sent, from the first nervous week to the last.
My companion already knows every hymn by heart. I know three.

The ward fed us twice on Sunday. Please send more socks.
She laughs at all my jokes, even the bad ones. Especially the bad ones.

Leaving was harder than I expected. Starting over is easier than I feared.
Ironing it. Some things a mission doesn't fix.

Small, steady things add up more than I thought.
Thank you for every reply. I read them all twice.

The everyday stories, the hard transfers, the small things they learned. You'll want to read them again.
How it works
Set it up before farewell Sunday, or any week of the mission. You do the setup. Your missionary only needs their email.
Pick the page address and choose how people join: open, password, approval, or invite only.
Family and friends subscribe with their own email. The two private send addresses stay with your missionary.
From their missionary.org account to the private address they choose. We send the copies, replies go to them, and every letter is saved in your dashboard.
No new app for your missionary. No need to sign in to your missionary’s account.
One-time payment · no subscription
Pick the plan by the length of the call.
For elders, sisters, service missionaries, senior couples, and mission presidents.
The length of the call sets the price, not the title. An 18-month senior couple uses the $99 plan, and any 24-month call is $149.
One payment for the mission, backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

No. You sign in to your own P-Day Emails dashboard to set up the page and manage the list. Your missionary keeps writing from their own account.
Usually a parent, but it can be whoever the family chooses. The manager creates the page, shares the link, and looks after subscribers and privacy, so the missionary can just write.
Yes. Create the page, share the link, and send your missionary their two private addresses. Letters they send to those addresses from then on go to the list. Earlier emails aren't imported automatically.
Complete the account and settings before departure: confirm the missionary’s email address, profile, privacy choices, subscriber list, and Very Close list. After payment, share the signup page with friends and family and give your missionary their private sending instructions. If anything is unclear, email support@pdayemails.com and we’ll help.
Yes. Export your Google Sheet as a CSV, or use a CSV you already have, and email it to support@pdayemails.com. We’ll upload the addresses for you, so friends and family don’t need to subscribe individually.
Two separate private send addresses. Everyone goes to the full subscriber list. Very Close goes only to the smaller group you choose. Your missionary picks one address for each letter.
Her reply goes to your missionary, not to the list. No reply-all chains.
Attach or embed pictures just like a normal email. Photos saved with letters stay with the letter for delivery and for access after the mission; they are the starting point for your book.
You can save a shared Google Photos album link in Settings, and we'll add a “View the photo album” link to the letters. The linked album isn't automatically copied into the letters or the book. If your family wants those album photos in the book, you can arrange to add them after the mission.
Yes. Before access to the missionary's Google account ends after the mission, copy or download photos to a personal or family account. Keep that backup outside the missionary Google account, and confirm the current access deadline with the mission.
Letters go out only when they come from your missionary's registered email address. After each letter goes out, your missionary gets a short confirmation.
Share the page link, like sisterjones.pdayemails.com, or print it as a QR code on the farewell program. Each person enters their own email. People can also join by sending an email to the page's join address. Either way, your joining setting applies.
Yes. Your page can be open to anyone with the link, password protected, approval only, or invite only. You can see and manage the subscriber list in your dashboard.
Yes. Share the link any time during the mission. New subscribers get the letters sent after they join; earlier letters aren't sent to them automatically.
In your manager dashboard. You also choose whether future Everyone letters have a web archive: email only, subscribers only, or public. Very Close letters always stay off the web archive.
The length of the call sets the price, not the title. Under 24 months is $99, exactly 24 months is $149, and over 24 months is $199. That covers elders, sisters, service missionaries, senior couples, and mission presidents. An 18-month senior couple uses the $99 plan.
Yes. You pay once for the length of the mission. There's no monthly subscription or renewal.
Yes, a printed mission book is currently included with every plan for a limited time. It's professionally printed and bound, and ships after homecoming. Your letters are saved in your dashboard along the way.
After the mission, we’ll prepare your book and send it to your family to review before printing. You can request changes to the photos, captions, or layout. Email support@pdayemails.com, and we’ll help you get it ready.
Larger books have an additional charge. We’re still finalizing the included page and photo limits and the extra pricing. Email support@pdayemails.com to discuss your book before printing.
Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@pdayemails.com.
